Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy helps to ensure availability of pet care services to clients.
- A service fee will be charged if cancellation is less than 48 hours
in advance of a pet care service.
- If cancellation is less than 48 hours
in advance of a scheduled holiday pet care service, the charge will be 100%
of the total amount.
